International break for a few weeks after this, so would be good to get a win, then have a decent few weeks training with those staying behind.

Start Nyoni and Macca. One of Wirtz/Dom needs to be on the bench

I agree with the midfield, although would like to see Szoboszlai on the right of our attack.

Mentioned already elsewhere but for our delight;

Ref: Michael Oliver  VAR Craig Pawson

and worth a mention: the first sighting this season of Fatty Hooper. who is in charge of the Ali kicking board and being abused by coaching staff,

Oliver shouldn't be officiating our games.

I wonder what insane decision Oliver comes up with today... Forget any chance of getting a penalty.

Free kicks against us 16. for us 4.   more crap like that

Today’s midfield really the only choice to be made I reckon. Has Andoni seen enough now to give one of the young lads a go ahead of Grav on current form, or to choose one of Dom/Wirtz not both?

Should be Barcola left and Gakpo right for the wings.

Kerkez and Arajo for the full backs.

It does seem to be our first choice XI now.
