It's been said on here many times but always bears repeating: Howard Webb, ex-Sergeant in the South Yorkshire Police before refs became professional, should never have been appointed to any match involving Liverpool.

Also correction to my previous. Dan Cook who was AR in the UAE trip and will have a flag on Sunday was actually AVAR to England in the good process farce in the shed and failed to intervene.

Aye. Paul Howard VAR One to watch though: Dan Cook is AR. He was an AR on the Oliver and England expeditions to UAE and lined the good process game. Should not be near this match.
