He needs to release the ball quicker rather than try to dribble round the attacker - no idea why he didn't just knock it back to Allison in the build up to their second. I mean I know it looks great when defenders do that and it works but in general he got muscled off the ball easily today and just couldn't sort his feet out.

There's no way he should be starting when Matip is available. Too error prone and easily muscled off the ball. We look nowhere as solid as we do with Matip/VVD when he plays. Maybe we can turn him into a good defensive RB as we certainly need one.

On that note - what is going on with Ramsay? He's missed a lot of football already which is going to set him back with getting integrated in the team.

We conceded 2 at Fulham with Matip starting. He was at fault for 1 of them. How many games in a row did we concede at the end of last season and start of this before Bournemouth? I think we went 1-0 down in 8 or 9 games.

The injuries have absolutely broken him from what he was and was going to be. It’s just a question of whether even after the injuries he’s worth being 4th choice CB, and I’d say he is.
