kop205 Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 Hopefully Shankly will still talk to him. RIP Tommy.
JRC Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 (edited) A fantastic and underrated footballer as well as being as hard as nails. See his contribution to the 2nd against Newcastle in the 74 final. RIP Tommy Edited April 12, 2019 by JRC
oakie bob Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 RIP Tommy. Used to see him every day in Crosby when I was a kid buying the Echo from the Newsagent on Coronation Road, to a wide eyed small kid like me, he was massive, but a grumpy git, think I got his autograph only a couple of times as he would just snarl at the kids. When I become a paperboy for the newsagent, delivered to his a couple of times, never did tip lol.
Bootle Buck Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 RIP Tommy. A Liverpool legend. Hard as a rock and a great footballer to boot.
Case Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 I'm absolutely gutted, here. One of my early heroes, way before 77 and THAT legendary goal. An intelligent, erudite, hard as f*** magnificent footballer. A player, like, in no way a clogger. Midfielder, full back, centre back -This is Heartbreaking. f***!
Bogman Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 Ah b******s. Rest in peace big man. Enjoy your rest. Absolute legend. Upset me this.
Nebraska Red Posted April 12, 2019 Posted April 12, 2019 RIP Tommy lad. He was one of my Dad's favorite players.
