1 - Game - has to be Spurs, but then everyone knew we would and it was f***ing amazing but I think City on the back of Madrid, wasn't better, but as early as that it was real. City in Feb was when we sang that song. So Spurs is a free hit I think

2 - Mo, obviously, but if I have to deviate away from the obvious then Mac Allister (oz Virge)

3 - moment - Mac's thunderf*** of a goal vs Spurs. It was never in doubt but then it really wasn't

4 - Gravenberch (I think) has won the official one but I'd go for pinhead

5 - Slot being this good?

6 - none really, winning the league is everything. Trent donning his judas scarf probably if I think

7 & 8 - kinell, can't say w/o watching them all again

1. Game of the Season - City Away, felt like we made a statement. Real too, but City was more important

3. Moment of the Season - Bradley's tackle on Mbappe was great fun

4. Young Player of the Season - Gravenberch

5. Surprise of the Season - Big Arne bossing it. 

6. Disappointment of the Season - Darwin, that's Arne's one failure, was expected to get more out of him.

7. Goal of the Season - that mad break where Jota crippled himself heading on for Darwin to chip the 'keeper

8. Assist of the Season - Mo outside of the boot for Gakpo at the far post

 

(edit - #6 above reads like it's Arne's fault - not at all, just hoped he'd be able to coach him. Seemed to improve everyone else)

Obviously the home league game vs Spurs was amazing. But at home to City was when I knew we were going to win the league.

2. Player of the Season

It's clearly Mo by a mile. Big honourable mentions to Van Dijk, Mac Allister, and Gravenberch

3. Moment of the Season

Winning the league was pretty great. But my personal one was the 2nd half at home to Southampton. I'd waited my whole life to be in Anfield singing about winning the league, and it was amazing.

4. Young Player of the Season

Gravenberch (though I sort of object to him being considered a 'young' player).

5. Surprise of the Season

Slot hitting the ground running

6. Disappointment of the Season

In regards to a match probably either the Carabao Cup final or the PSG penalties. But more broadly - Trent's determination to f*** around all year

7. Goal of the Season

Mac Allister versus Spurs

8. Assist of the Season

Salah's assist for Gakpo at home to City

4. Young Player of the Season - Probably only really Grav that fits the bill, so Grav.

5. Surprise of the Season - Arne Slot. Wasn't expecting that. Would've been happy in early August to settle for a Champions League place and a decent run in the cup comps.

6. Disappointment of the Season - The performance in the cup final was so f***ing poor. "Trust me to make the switch". And maybe not beating Everton at Goodison like we should have.

8. Assist of the Season - Gravenberch for Mac Allister's goal v. Spurs just 'cause...
