Kvarme Ate My Food Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Can we put together a particularly odd Liverpool team, based on actual things that have really happened? So we'd have joint managers, Houllier and Evans. Staunton in goal, Diao and Biscan in defence...

johngibo YPC Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Is Heskey on the wing mad enough?Aurelio in centre mid? Probably not.We once played Kewell and Smicer up front as a pair. In Rafa's first season away from home
fred milne Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 I'm sure Carra played a few games at right mid early on.
honourablegeorge Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Dudek, Finnan, Hyypia, Carragher, Pellegrino, Traore, Gerrard, Welsh, Le Tallec, Baros, MorientesSubs: Potter (Baros 37), Riise (Pellegrino 53), Cisse (Traore 68)
Billy Talbot Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 I once bumped into God in town after a 0-0 at home to Blackburn. We seemed to spend the whole match tossing it up for Hendry to clear. He wasn't impressed when I said "I thought you had a good game today Robbie. Best midfielder on the pitch.". Mascherano at right back? Sean Dundee and Eric Meijer up front? Did Harry Kewell ever play left back for us?
torn Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Dudek, Finnan, Hyypia, Carragher, Pellegrino, Traore, Gerrard, Welsh, Le Tallec, Baros, MorientesSubs: Potter (Baros 37), Riise (Pellegrino 53), Cisse (Traore 68)What about that italian keeper? And the vog.
_00_deathscar Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Aurelio in centre mid? Played there for title-winning Valencia. Also played an as advanced midfielder for them. Mascherano at right back? What are the rules - is it mental but good, mental but bad, mental but either? Masch was a good right back. Didn't we play Kewell at left back once? Gala played him centre back...
ifanew Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 (edited) didn't Reina play in midfield in a pre season friendly a few years ago? Damn! spooky Boca, but still damn! Edited August 2, 2012 by ifanew
smithdown Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 This team has to wear red shirts, red shorts and white socks
cymrococh Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Glen Johnson as a floating DMDefinitely that, although I'd call it a free-role. Can we have mental ideas that never actually happened? If so, Heskey right-back and Downing left-back.
Raj Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 Degen playing wherever he felt like against Arsenal in the CC
Bigal Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 This team has to wear red shirts, red shorts and white socks Gold shirt, green shorts and black socks if its away Carra DM, the one from the united game this season only. Or Gerrard left back city away 2000/2001
pipnasty Posted August 2, 2012 Posted August 2, 2012 This team has to wear red shirts, red shorts and white socks Nah, red shirts, black shorts, yellow socks
