You've got me back onside!

I'd take Iraola too, tbh. Think he's being really good at Bournemouth.

I really like him. I’ve been quite consistent on this one too. I reckon he will win a league somewhere.

Seems to really blend good football with being aggressive and athletic well too.

Been linked with Bilbao and palace but surely there are bigger jobs for him, although the former obviously pulls at his heartstrings.

Didn't he claim his family hadn't settled and he wanted to head back up Spain?

Be funny to rock up at Chelsea after that, although getting paid up on a six year deal after three months might suit him

Bilbao are appointing Terzic which is wild cos he’s crap.

As much as many of us want him gone, he's definitely earnt the right to finish the season based on last year, the chnages this year and Jota's situation.

As frustrating as it is, I'm very pleased the club is run this way.

If they keep him I'll question it, but my assumption is he's done end of season.

It’s mine too.  If he retained the full backing of Hughes and Edwards we would’ve heard something about his contract as it runs out next year. Surely?

He absolutely has not earned the right to finish the season.

I can see why it might suit us to allow him to do so, certainly at this point, but he could have had very little complaint about being sacked months ago. It goes beyond the results - we've got model pros who cant wait to get away from him.

The really classy thing would be to bring in another manager to work alongside him.

Thank you Peter Robinson.

Inzaghi. Anyone who would make him look more bald than he already does.

Lewis Steel has mentioned Kees Smit, Toure at Hoffenheim and Archie Gray as ones we've shown interest in.

His Q&A was behind a paywall but Steele seems to have also said Wharton is the 'dream' midfield signing.

Wouldn't want to sign someone who can run fast.

Gray would be a smart signing.

Wharton too.

Gray can play fullback as well can't he?

Joyce had mentioned as we already know interest in Diomande and possibly Dumfries.

Diomande is meant to be good but not sure about Dumfries at all. Too old now and just never looked particularly good after early promise.

Every dutch player linked fills me with dread for other reasons too.

Joyce mentioning these players is in a piece about a 5 point plan for Slot to improve his popularity with the fanbase ffs.

Number 1 should be f***ing off somewhere else.

Believe so. The new Milner.

Looks a bit slight to me, although loads of people really rate him.

Wouldn't want him to be THE midfield signing but could be a clever one on top of that.

Clearly something in the Alisson stuff then. Heartening that he at least mentions rumours about himself too, though.

That's moot. Irrelevant even. If there's a gap at full-back Arne will put anybody there whether they are a good fit for the role or not.
