Again, I'm gutted. Went to see him a couple of months ago and he was boss (as usual).

Was talking to someone tonight who said that Prince was negotiating to play a number of shows at The Phil - apparently it was all hush hush but they couldn't believe themselves they were getting it on and it looked like it was deffo happening until the Paris attacks put the blocks on it, insurance pulled etc.

2016 has been really s*** in this respect. Absolutely gutted when I heard the news. He had so much more to give. Phenomenal song writer, guitar player and performer. I remember the first time I heard Sign of the Times, just blew me away and is still a fantastic album.
