I think he's a very good defender but Torres is Henry to his Carragher.

 

However, that display he gave yesterday is similar to numerous others throughout the season in that he barges players out of the way ( especially at set pieces ) and yet against us he's punished. If he were punished consistently he'd be suspended more.

 

The last few games against the Mancs, the refs have been much fairer than they are at other times of the season. Let's be straight sbout, Lucas could have been cautioned twice yesterday for the repeated fouls. I know the ref was poor at times but he wasn't bent.

he`s been s*** since last christmas, he had some back injury and ive been saying it to my manc loving brother, that he either hasnt recoverd, or is finished, either way, he hasnt been the same

 

to be fair to snoop dogg, he had played Nando quite well in games prior to that lay off, but he`s been utter s**** since

 

as for Vidic, torres is his kryptonite!!

oh you missed it though, he`s living back in the family home for a week, my old room is still a homage to my childhood, liverpool curtains and even bedcovers

 

and yes, he had to sleep in that last night, i s*** you not :cool:

Yeah but Johnson didn't block a cross against mac-czechoslukrainia allowing them to score (because you can't expect england's centre backs or goalie to be able to deal with a cross) and is therefore rubbish defensively.

Some manc on the Guardian's blog was saying that Torres was in Vidic's pocket the whole game. "Obviously, until he got one chance and won it for them."

 

Well, yeah...

 

He looked in his pocket at Old Trafford too.
