I wonder how he got the primary witness to drop the case... Money talks?

So Mason walks.. Mendy walks, because he f***s hundred of women, so no reason to rape b******s  and the other one walked on a boundary technicality.

No wonder women don't want to report crimes against them..

I imagine she's been living with endless online etc threats against her since this happened. Could be that it's just gotten too much.

Either way it's f***ing bleak.

British justice is ridiculous.

I think I read a case where a man got prosecuted because someone broke into his house and he hurt them.

Trespassers are owed a duty of care - it’s true.

but Big Dunc smashed up two burglars and had a reasonable ‘self-defence’ defence.

then there was that Farmer that shot dead someone who had broken into his house and he was convicted of murder

Life & Law is often complicated, growler

He got an award for bravery off the bizzies iirc.  The burglar I mean, not Duncan.

Correct decision. Your property isn't more important than a life.

Didn't that farmer shoot the trespasser in the back as he was running away or was that another case?

Yeah that's how I recall it. Which feels different from someone being in your house and you fearing for your family's safety
