I think in this case Ekitike would push for us. He will have seen us Signing Wirtz and Frimpong and our project if him being the starter 9 here and he would be competing with Delap, Jackson and god knows who else in a world cup year too. Surely the 8 year contracts doesn't outweigh all that....?

Like with the prospect of Huijsen choosing Chelsea over us or Arsenal, the beauty of a player making that choice shows that the player is probably a bit dim and/or has a bad agent, and is therefore a bullet dodged.
