that word sounds ok from a fit bird, or like the one in the Cadbury's Caramel advert

but Gethin is not a fit bird

and that's the problem for me

It's a rabbit in the Cadbury's Caramel ad. Whether or not it's fit or lush... well I'll let you decide.

Tbf to myself, it's the only creature I've ever considered for bestiality

Obv Jessica Rabbit getting treated like a dog but.....

Actually her indoors is often compared to JR when dressed for a night out so maybe there's something going on

For a night out, not for general day to day s***

I'm done in; deeply worried about tomorrow and have also had some ciders and wine

So goddnight all

There's something going on with my hangover threshold

I had a glass and a half of red

A pint of Warsteiner lager

A schooner of cider

And a can of scrumpy

That's all

And now I have to make a big salad, a big potato salad (BBQ)

Do two tip runs

And flush out the booze at the gym

All before kick off

Actually that isn't that hard, on reflection

I haven't factored breakfast into today's plans.

I have however arranged to be in the pub as soon after 11am as I can get there. Drinking heavily breeds confidence. On an empty stomach.

Have done 4 tip runs this morning and on the way back from the last one I stopped at the bakery in Aigburth and grabbed some fresh croissants for breakfast and a couple of freshly made sausage rolls for lunchtime...

you need to eat more fibre. I'm not picking on you, i'm the same. Try having a salad with the sausage roll. Take it in a washed out clip lid takeaway container.

Fry-up this morning. Don't @ me.

3 sausages

2 waffles

2 amounts of bacon

4 tomatoes

Garlic and lemon thyme mushrooms

Baked beans

2 fried eggs

Birmingham Northfield didn't know what hit them after that start to the day.

feel sick

This whole breakfast thing hasn't helped at all and also going the gym after drinking the night before only works if you go in the evening

But I'll fix that

Gonna lounge around til 12 tomorrow then have some lunch then a nap and THEN go the gym

Ok?

Defo might puke ...

Potato waffle, of course. I'm no monster.

Lemon thyme Falconhoof, not lemon and thyme.

Tomato-dominant fry up, there.

Mainly as my carefully prepared and baked tomatoes, seasoned to perfection were rejected by others, leaving me to mop them up.

spoils it by drowning it in baked beans as well of course. though the sickly-sweet 'tomato' sauce on the beans may at least have cancelled out the nonsense of the lemon thyme mushrooms.

bowl of jok this morning for me with pork and veg in it. wasn't bad.
