Threshold for lightweights, maybe.

If I got anything that could remotely be described as a hangover after that sort of consumption, never mind enough of one to make me incapable of eating, I'd never get anything done.

As long as I eat plenty of fruit and veg (I normally do) I don't really regulate my snacking too much. The wife buys crisps and chocolate so I end up eating them. I wouldn't buy them in if it was just me though. I'm more concerned with my caffeine intake. 3-4 cups of coffee a day seems a bit much.

I can never understand people who can't either face or finish a fry-up when hungover.

Only happened to me once.

depends when it is...id need an hour after waking to be able to work my way through it, hate waking up hungover to f*** in a hotel and youve ten mins to get to bre4akfast. I would order the fry...eat half a sausage a mouthful of toast and then go f*** this,...

Fry ups are part of the best cure in the world for a hangover.

Add in Nurofen, coffeee or strong very sweet tea and water. Bu the fat and grease from a fry-up is an essential part of it.

Don't really eat snacks at all but would eat a couple of chocolate digestives if around on rare occasions. Not a fan of fry-ups but for a bad hangover a bacon butty (brown sauce) on white crusty bread tends to fix all things, with a strong tea.

Diet coke is proper as well.

How are we snacking?

I have also successfully phased out crisps and biscuits and I'm seeing results - I buy loads of mango and raspberries/blueberries now.

Nuts I can take or leave - big fan of popcorn but there's loads of salt on it.

.

You're not going to live forever you know.

I don't eat anything until about 11 am when I'll have some of the Belvita breakfast things or a Muesli bar or two with two cups of coffee.

Prefer 10 mins extra in bed than wolfing down breakfast at home.

Four weetabix and some golden syrup. And 1% milk, of course.

Would eat that for every meal if it was socially acceptable.

Syrup!!! My god & why 1% milk 'of course'? Full fat or nothing.

I reserve my fat intake for stuff that needs a good % of fat. Ice cream, curry, fry ups etc. No point with milk.

WTFs wrong with syrup you loon?
