Seems to really blend good football with being aggressive and athletic well too. Been linked with Bilbao and palace but surely there are bigger jobs for him, although the former obviously pulls at his heartstrings. 1

Didn't he claim his family hadn't settled and he wanted to head back up Spain? Be funny to rock up at Chelsea after that, although getting paid up on a six year deal after three months might suit him

As frustrating as it is, I'm very pleased the club is run this way. If they keep him I'll question it, but my assumption is he's done end of season. It’s mine too. If he retained the full backing of Hughes and Edwards we would’ve heard something about his contract as it runs out next year. Surely? 1

He absolutely has not earned the right to finish the season. I can see why it might suit us to allow him to do so, certainly at this point, but he could have had very little complaint about being sacked months ago. It goes beyond the results - we've got model pros who cant wait to get away from him. 4
Kvarme Ate My Food Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago The really classy thing would be to bring in another manager to work alongside him. 1 12 1

Swipe Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago (edited) Lewis Steel has mentioned Kees Smit, Toure at Hoffenheim and Archie Gray as ones we've shown interest in. Edited 1 hour ago by Swipe
Swipe Posted 4 minutes ago Posted 4 minutes ago His Q&A was behind a paywall but Steele seems to have also said Wharton is the 'dream' midfield signing.
Martinus Posted 1 minute ago Posted 1 minute ago Joyce had mentioned as we already know interest in Diomande and possibly Dumfries.
