You can look at it 2 ways tho. They will pay big wages and are still one of the biggest names in the game. Poor management is doing them at all levels but they can attract players.

Well sarri had a great target man at chelsea last year (giroud) and he wouldn't play him. Now hes after that cart horse lukaku and getting rid of dybala. Has to be ronaldo pushing for lukaku. Dybala is a bargain at 70 million and we should be all over him
