Cobs Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Seems to be some story breaking about him spitting at some family in a car whilst driving https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/jamie-carragher-spits-football-fan-12169442Seen the video now - feck knows what he’s thinking there. Wonder what Sky are gonna make of that
Gunga Din Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 stupid thing to do, whether he was being goaded or not. and disgusting. cant really defend it
Swipe Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 The fella sounds like an absolute c***. His daughter keeps saying “will you just stop it”. Quite sad. Still though. Insanity from Carra.
Hassony Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 He's apologised on twitter, but that's him probably getting the boot from sky
Barnesy_10 Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Only sensible one in that clip is the poor daughter... Seems all concerned about where the spit went but not arsed that he's driving whilst videoing As for Carra... What the f*** is he doing reacting like that?
stonty Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Oh deary me, dreadful when our heros have feet of clay
Billy Dane Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Carra being a complete dick and making a complete fool of himself. What on earth the father was doing filming on his mobile whilst driving also beggars belief.
Dan Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 Horrible from Carra. Idiot. The Dad is clearly a prick as well.
Rusty Shackleford Posted March 11, 2018 Posted March 11, 2018 What a prick. Spitting at someone over a football result for f***s sake. Someone will be unemployed by weeks end. Frank Lampard will enjoy the promotion.

Frank Lampard will enjoy the promotion.I'm sure Carra was one of many that rightly had a go about Diouf and his spitting habit back in the day too
New York Red Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 That's really terrible. I can't believe he did that. Coaching beckons.
Candystore Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 He's apologised on twitter, but that's him probably getting the boot from skyNever know with Sky. They don’t mind if you get done for drink driving, they might just ask him to apologise on MNF.
downunder Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Never know with Sky. They don’t mind if you get done for drink driving, they might just ask him to apologise on MNF.Whatever the outcome with sky, he has been foolish and will get (online) abuse about it for ages.
kop205 Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 He's been stupid and deserves most of the s*** he'll get. But: 1 - He doesn't 'spit at a 14 years old girl'. He spits at a car containing a gown man.2 - Said grown man isn't in the least bit arsed abot the spit hitting his daughter. He sounds absolutely made up, in fact. Am only surprised it wasn't the Sun he went to3 - Horrible as spitting at someone is, it is probably less likely to kill somoene than filming whilst driving. Be boss if the driver got 6 points.

cymrococh Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 This whole story is terrible, shows banter up for what it is.
RP Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 This whole story is terrible, shows banter up for what it is. I think that's spot on. Footy chat, now known/justified/excused as "banter" as you rightly say, is really depressing these days. It used to be interesting to talk to fans of other clubs and get different perspectives - doesn't feel that way any more. I saw Arsenal fans attempting to take the piss out of Liverpool fans yesterday because Spurs had gone above us in the League - Arsenal fans celebrating Spurs moving up the League? Strange behaviour.
Maldini Posted March 12, 2018 Posted March 12, 2018 Sky have released a statement saying “It’s unacceptable behaviour and we will be addressing it with Jamie.” so it sounds like he still has a job
