I cannot fathom why it isn’t an absolute given that titles are stripped. Why did they cheat - to win. How do you best punish and deter that - by taking the achievements away and having made it all a pointless exercise. I can think of nothing more appropriate. Loads of them would have accepted a few years in the wilderness for what have done these past eighteen years. I don’t even want the titles mow even if they were deserved.

As much as it I understand Barcola and Rio as the options on the left, we don’t even look like getting a great lad for the right side. Gakpo is adept at blamming the ball into shins on both the left and central. Why can’t we ever have a full squad bursting with options. Like the best teams do.

Manager is on an absolute hiding to nothing. Off the back of a complete disintegration last season and losing a couple of club legends. What have they done for him? Bodies should have been through the door in July.

Feel really sorry for Iraola. Up against it from the off because of this bunch of incompetents. Always content to leave a manager short. That isn’t true at all. He actually finished as the second hightest rated player from the Premier League behind Haaland and had assists in three of the four games.
