Sion Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 1-0, cracker from Commons, united have been terriblepassing is just abysmal, their two 'gems' Evans and Rafael look out of their depth big time scholes is shooting on site and missing by wide margins4-1 united FT then

CarraLegend Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 There must be players in the conference better than Nani, he is horrendous. I also see the great Anderson had to be subbed after being dominated by a Championship central midfielder.
Jim D Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Mancs have been playing badly recently and their results have been disguising their poor performances. It has only been a load of 1-0 wins that has kept them in the title race (5 of them in their last 6) They have not looked convincing since November, they are lucky to be still in it.
Swipe Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Nani is shocking. Why doesn't Scholes get the armband in games like this? Strange that Vidic is captain ahead of him. Seen other less players get it over him too. Unless he's requested not to take the armband
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 For once the Mancs f*** up & I haven't got any money on them. Kin top. Imagine this place if we'd lost 1-0 to Derby? Albeit away in the first leg, but all the same. Derby park the bus & ride a bit of fortune.....and you never know. Nice one Cloughy
Andy @ Allerton Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Nice to See Manchester "I'm a lady!! Look at my ladies things" United beaten.

Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 They'd have won if they'd rightfully had Mike Riley as a ref.
Barnesy_10 Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 it's rather funny to see fan favourite Tevez is now a scapegoat and worth nowhere near 32m according to redcafe. The same week he mentions Real Madrid to the press.
stressederic Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 I was watching the match with my Step-Dad (United fan) and my Mum (not a football fan). United got a freekick and I announced "How long till the commentators declare this to be Ronaldo territory?" Both of them looked at me strangely but 15 seconds later... It's good to see that the Sky commentators aren't in the least predictable with their cliches. Nani is shocking. He's got all of Ronaldo's bad habits and none of the ability.
Gunga Din Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Nani is shocking. Why doesn't Scholes get the armband in games like this? Strange that Vidic is captain ahead of him. Seen other less players get it over him too. Unless he's requested not to take the armband its because he's a ginge
Andy @ Allerton Posted January 7, 2009 Posted January 7, 2009 Ha ha ha Ferguson "Hic.. Ahh. Sorry Wee Man.. I've had.. Hic.. Wha? Interview? Eh? Eh? Oh.. What? Eh? Wha? The result tonight? Hich.. Ahh.. Ach.. Oh.. Aye. It was a magnificant result for us.. Aye.. Eh? We didn't win? Eh?? Och.. You're having me.. Eh? Aye.. Fantastic result for us tonight. Aye.. Hic.. Where's me whiskey?"

Did you notice how the interviewer politely ended the interview when it was obvious Ferguson was in a mood and didn't want to talk? Compare that to how snide Stelling always is with Rafa
fred milne Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 I also see the great Anderson had to be subbed after being dominated by a Championship central midfielder.Sissoko with a few step-overs.
Stevie H Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Sissoko with a few step-overs. how much did he cost again? lucas looks a much better player and was about half the price wasn't he?
Hassony Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 how much did he cost again? lucas looks a much better player and was about half the price wasn't he? are you mad, Anderson had Gerrard in his pocket blah blah blah..etc can't belive that Andy gray and Redknapp considered Anderson for team of the year yet they laughed when Mascherano was mentioned!
Cunny Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Ha ha ha Ferguson "Hic.. Ahh. Sorry Wee Man.. I've had.. Hic.. Wha? Interview? Eh? Eh? Oh.. What? Eh? Wha? The result tonight? Hich.. Ahh.. Ach.. I thought Ferguson was spot on in his interview. Basically said 0-1 was a great result as they could have easily lost by more. Not a lot wrong with that in my opinion.
fred milne Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Nice to See Manchester "I'm a lady!! Look at my ladies things" United beaten.Eh?
Bigal Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 Nani played southampton and derby in 2 games, and look terrible in both. Anderson and Nani were 38 million for the pair. Riera and Lucas were 14 million for the pair. At moment I know who I would rather have.
Stevie H Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 be interested to know what united fans think of nani. so far he's shown no sign of becoming a top player and he was really f***ing expensive.
Barnesy_10 Posted January 8, 2009 Posted January 8, 2009 The Manc fans love that Anderson as well.. Thought he looked promising at the start of his Manc career, but he has far from improved, maybe even taken a step backwards in my opinion. Don't know if its his mentality or lack of ability? Nani is piss poor... The odd nice goal and s**** celebration will hopefully keep him in the squad, but for me thats alot of money wasted.
