Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 would take a draw right now & I never say that. Who's got boots? Get down to Melwood
Cam Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 Alisson TAA Matip VvD Robertson Henderson Fabinho Thiago Salah Firmino Mane They either love us enough to play or they don't. No play, no pay. 1
Sion Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 I'd throw a few wildcards in there but doubt Jurgen feels the same way. Fish finger hands Trent Fabinho Gomez Robbo Wijnaldum Hendo Jones Salah Jota Mane
Tommy Cockles Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 A game I would absolutely have gone to. On the Eurostar with my mates, all giddy about the trip, a good drink, great city, great stadium, amazing atmosphere. Feck off 2020
Swipe Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 What are Ajax like atm? They seem to have lost all the good lads since I've last watched them.
Hightown Phil Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 (edited) Feels like a Wijnaldum, Henderson, Milner midfield for me and maybe Jota in for one of the front three with Fabinho centre back. Edited October 19, 2020 by Hightown Phil

PaulMcC186 Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 Ajax team looks average. Neres and Tadic probably their best players. Onana; Mazraoui (Klaiber 61′), Schuurs, Blind (Martinez 82′), Tagliafico; Gravenberch, Klaasen; Neres (Promes 80′), Kudus, Tadic (Antony 62′); Traore (Huntelaar 82′)
Hassony Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 (edited) Is that the same Huntelaar that used to play for Real Madrid at one stage or is it his son? Just checked, same player and he's only 37 years old as well! Edited October 19, 2020 by Hassony

Back to five subs for Champions League so an opportunity to use (what’s remaining of) the squad during the match. That’s helpful for giving the front three a bit of rotation. Can’t see Hendo being asked to play the full 90. Hopefully Keita available off the bench.

Sion Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 Keïta does my absolute head in but I'd much rather he play than see Wijnaldum, Henderson, Milner ever again.
Dan Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 Can't remember looking forward to seeing someone play again as much as I am with Thiago.
Swipe Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 I still reckon Klopp might be over-egging Thiago's injury as he was on the rampage. He should be absolutely massive for us in the CL.

I dunno - too many false dawns with him. I'd rather give Curtis an extended run now than bother with Keita 1

Molby Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 Fab has got COVID apparently so we’re f***ed.....more so
Hightown Phil Posted October 19, 2020 Posted October 19, 2020 Where’s this rumour? Cos I can’t find it anywhere bar here.
