Rory Fitzgerald Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Utd are due to play Everton next Monday as Setanta's 8pm game. The FA Cup replay will be that mid week I believe. Can Utd and Everton schedule it for 2 days earlier i,e on the Saturday. Their programme is clear but given that the game is being moved by 2 days at less than a weeks notice, is this allowed given fans arrangements etc - also getting the police in place ................ Feel sorry for the fans travelling abroad with flights booked that will miss out
dorgie Posted January 25, 2009 Posted January 25, 2009 Feel sorry for the fans travelling abroad with flights booked that will miss out I don't. They're Manc fans after all.

Nebraska Red Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Liverpool replay is bad news for Sir Alex http://www.sport.co.uk/news/Football/13263...r_Sir_Alex.aspx Author: Andrew AllenPosted on: 26 January 2009 - 2:42 PMCategory: Football Comments: Be the first to comment Steven Gerrard's FA Cup equaliser against Everton on Sunday unwittingly handed injury-hit Manchester United a big problem. United's Premier League clash with the Toffees was originally scheduled for next Monday but the m atch has been moved forward 48 hours to compensate for the fourth round replay at Goodison Park. Rio Ferdinand and Wayne Rooney are likely to miss out after the match was moved, having looked set to return to action against David Moyes' side at Old Trafford. Sir Alex Ferguson is without 12 senior players for Tuesday's league trip to West Brom and the fixture change has robbed some of his side the chance of two extra days' preparation. The latest change is part of a confusing February for Ferguson's side. Their game in hand against Fulham has been penciled in for February 17 but that is dependent on neither side requiring an FA Cup fifth round replay. In addition, United's home match against Portsmouth on February 28 has been postponed because of their appearance in the Carling Cup final the following day. you have to feel for the poor lambs down the M62
Flasher Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Mancs will still roll over them as usual Let's see how Moyes sets up against them. 4 up front I reckon.
RP Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 Feel sorry for the fans travelling abroad with flights booked that will miss out if they're travelling abroad they will miss the game anyway. HTH.

Sion Posted January 26, 2009 Posted January 26, 2009 i'm putting 100 quid on the Mancs to wini'm thinking of coming out of retirement and taking united -1 handicap at evensreally temptingi'll probably hold my nerve and not do it, what with my curse they'll probably win 1-0
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 nononononono The Manc handicap bets have murdered me this season. They've scored 24 from 10 games at home & 10 in 11 away.
smithdown Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 and no keeper Is that dodgy clause still in the Tim Howard contract or are they allowed to pick their own team now?
Jarg Armani Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 Is that dodgy clause still in the Tim Howard contract or are they allowed to pick their own team now? Gentlemen's Agreement. f***ing Gentlemen's Agreement. What an absolute disgrace that was. And now we go live to Old Trafford for the Gentlemen's Agreement between Manchester United and Everton.
Sir Tokyo Sexwale Posted January 27, 2009 Posted January 27, 2009 whaddya expect? "You're s*** and you love ManU" Those blue b******s will be cheering every manc goal against them.
