Gerrard - Scored a goal but also gave one away, was our only midfielder who had an ounce of attacking instinct

Torres - Usual class always causing problems, unlucky with a few decisions

 

really struggling here...

 

Hobbs - decent performance for a noob!

No, he was one of the few players that actually did anything in the game, including Hobbs and Arbeloa is absolutely pathetic though.

 

What did Hobbs do at the second and third goal, what did Arbeloa do on the third goal?

Voronin was very, very poor. Again.

 

I must admit to being slightly concerned by his recent downturn. He's had a couple of really good games in between, but he's been generally poor for a while now.
