    Good stuff. For all the seeming lack of energy I think Isak has been looking like a goalscorer the last few weeks. Well done Cody, our player of the season so far.

    Strangely Isak has been bright these past few games after looking competely lethargic up until then. Sadly Wirtz is not up to his standards, the midfield is weak and all of our fullbacks bar Araujo are truly s***.

    Sounds pretty cheap to me.

    He's a great prospect and will do quite well this season too, I'd imagine. He's still about 3 or 4 levels down from peak Salah. Very unfair on him if the expectation will land on him to replace Salah (even if Mo himself was well past it last season).

    The priotities are completely f***ed if this is the signing they’re spending time on at this stage of the window. Shambles.

    LFC: We need a ”Salah replacement”, 1 or 2 other wingers, a midfielder, a back up striker and fullbacks for both flanks - yet the transfer window closes tomorrow. Also LFC: Let’s see if can sign a teenage keeper from Belgium to potentially become our 2nd choice.

    Isak did score, but he still struggled to get into the game against Forest. The 13 touches he took were the fewest managed by a Liverpool player in 90 Premier League minutes since records began in 2003/04 (Opta) He’s nowhere near the level required currently.
