I think that Fernandes from West Ham is genuinely good. That handball he got away with today was mad, though.

Pressing and Slot really is an oxymoron. Don’t think the team’s lack of understanding of what to do without the ball is down to the individuals, as seen in the nosedive in form that they’ve all had this season, and especially in midfield. Can only hope that is Slotty stays he actually has a plan that will come into fruition next season, but I very much doubt he has a clue.

So replace Endo with a first choice 6, get another midfielder, probably Wharton. Sell Endo, jones and mac. Nyoni covers the extra seat and grav covers 6, but is mainly a CM. Good options in the middle as either a 3, or a box 4.

the two wide players are critical. Get those right and we are solid.

Yeah absolutely no problem with that if true. It's just a shame (at least for me) when Academy-trained players that are plenty good enough for the first team feel they need to leave 'cos the manager doesn't trust them

There were leaks he wanted more money and they (the 3 year brains trust) didn’t think he was worth it but the whole lot of them are gone next season. How are they entitled to make decisions with long term bearings. Just so messy.
