Warnock

Recommended Posts

Their owner is a c***, they've a recent track record of bigots as manager and they've got a disproportionate level of moodiness amongst their fans.

Colin might be in a bit of bother with his club. Shame :) -

#Breaking Cardiff distance themselves from comments made by manager Neil Warnock about Brexit, saying: "These comments do not reflect the political position of Cardiff City Football Club, nor its board of directors."

Warnock is obviously a tool, but I'm not sure why making those comments should get him in trouble. Why the f**k should his public pronouncements be endorsed by the directors?

If a manager said something left wing should this mean they get in trouble with their bosses?

He may have a contract that states he's not to make political statements as Manager of the football club without prior consent

but beyond that, it's no biggie.

he's a massive t*** - that's nothing new to anyone

He may not though. And even if he did, that's a s*** clause. Imagine telling Shankly he couldn't speak his mind.

I think “To hell with the rest of the world” goes beyond that though, when owners, directors, players & some elements of their fan base are from “the rest of the world”.

he's the main face of a £100m 'business' though - the 'brand' of which the Board will be trying to promote globally

not sure Shanks of 40-50 years ago is pertinent

yeah, just like players get punishment for their views on twitter or behaviour in public then i guess the managers should follow the same rules. After all, they are representing the club

Klopp said pretty much the opposite - but in his jovial manner. Not much difference apart from one we agree with, one we don't & those same we agree with we love and we disagree with we think is a right c***
