smithdown Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Superb again. Just heard the radio going back over to the ground and they're still singing their heads off. We''ll spook 'em at our place.
Bootle Buck Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I'm listening to the post game review on Talksport and our fans sound fecking superb. Pity our lads didn't equal them on the pitch tonight.
Herbie von Smalls Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 damn right! they don't like it up 'em, chelsea
Mr Makaveli Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Superb again. Just heard the radio going back over to the ground and they're still singing their heads off. We''ll spook 'em at our place. why? we're out Id say.
Tosh Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Superb again. Just heard the radio going back over to the ground and they're still singing their heads off. We''ll spook 'em at our place. Spook me once, shame on you. Spook me twice, shame on me.
Chili Palmer Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 why? we're out Id say. Thats just disappointment talking, when you see Anfield rocking on Tuesday night, you'll believe again.
Barnesy_10 Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 to be honest it came across very quiet on TV..... after the first 15 mins had died down I could hear fields of Anny Road, and I heard '5 Times'... but I was keeping an ear out for 'Campione' and it cut to our fans and you could see them mouthing the words but it came over as a constant hum..... did anyone else find this? Maybe its one of them that needs a massive backing... fair play to the anyway.... but can see next Tuesday superceding 2005.
Hassony Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I thought you were taking about the Fantastic "waving of the flag" by the chelsea fans
Guest Finnan3 Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Thats just disappointment talking, when you see Anfield rocking on Tuesday night, you'll believe again. Hope your right, but can see that snidey Cole getting one again or Drogba. Then we'll have to do the impossible... again.

You'v gotta remember the majority of fans probably dont regularly scan the forums, and those that do dont all scan the same ones. Campione could get going, but we need to spread the word, im sure the fans will pick it up if they deem it good enough. Support today (from tv) seemed damn good to me. Considering we only had what, 3000 seats? Outsang Chelsea for large parts of the game from what i heard.

Bootser Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I thought our support was top drawer. I would even go so far as to say that our banners etc might have been home made and not 'supplied' by the Club. I might be wrong ..... might I f u c k!
Mr Makaveli Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 (edited) Thats just disappointment talking, when you see Anfield rocking on Tuesday night, you'll believe again. sorry, im just totally and utterly depressed...If i saw one thing fromt hat game that might drag us through then id be all over it however we were utterly s**** in total... the team were utterly terrible.. everyone thinks we did well cause we had possession in the 2nd half bt that was simply cause chelsea gave it to us.. they were frightened of the away goal and rightly sat on it. they sat on it and gave us nothing.. gerrard did well with a shot on his weak foot but other than that, was truely awful. liverpool laked any creative thoguht though.. once we were a goal down then .... anyway you'll see what happens.. Rafa knows that we're in s*** now... it was against the plan and god.. we're f***ed sorry though, i do have to add that the support was amazing... i could hear the liverpool fans (3-4k) over the entire chelsea mob on the tv... i was very proud of our voice. I just wish I was there. I've been very negative tonight alight.. sorry but im destroyed... I expected better however i wanted to go further and say that the fans tonight were incredible... they did as said before, outsing the home crowd... our fans are the best int he world.. maybe im wrong...maybe our fans really can lift our team to kick the ***** out of chelsea. jon_hall Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Hahahahahaha muppet, support the team you're supposed to.
Tetti Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Just back and I'm too depressed to take any good out of the night.
Tetti Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 chin up, Tetti far from over this All over bar the tears. Im just being honest about how I feel.
Will Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 we were utterly s**** in total... the team were utterly terrible..Apparently you didn't avtually watch any of the game then
woodman Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 their support is rubbish, free flags on every seat and the bloke on the PA going " come on everyone wave your flags " - p1ss poor, our lads were fantastic half time and all to play for
Leo No.8 Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 (edited) Our lads outsung them even when their 30-odd thousand were trying to get behind their team. As well as singing all the way through, what amazed me about our lot was that they seemed to generate an incredible level of noise for their fairly small number. It must have been every last one of them singing at the tops of their voices. Absolutely fantastic effort - over to all of us who are going to the home leg now to raise the roof at Anfield... jfogarty Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 Was a great atmosphere and pretty loud. Not once did we lose heart and campione got a good airing. Right before they scored it had been going for a few mins.
Flasher Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 Campioni came across very well on the TV considering how 'young' it is. Well in. Great noise once again from the Red fans.
Guy_Incognito Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 The commentators mentioned it a couple of times too. As well as saying that the atmosphere will be very different next Tuesday, before adding "That's no disrespect to the Stamford Bridge faithful, of course"...
