wenger wouldn't acknowledge another team's efforts if his life depended on it. henry's a fitting captain in that respect. other than their often sublime football, there's little to like about that club.

the only replay i've seen of it is from ground level, seems pretty clear Pardew instigates it - i guess that's why he apologised too.

When did he push him? Haven't seen this since MOTD 2 but I thought that Pardew was over the top in his celebrations and goaded him but then Wenger seemed to go for him and the 4th official stepped in?

 

Have to say I found Pardew's apologies after the game very insincere. Good PR move though.

Just watched it again there and he doesn't actually push him, but he does put his hands on Wenger first and then Wenger flicks him away and goes nuts. Pardew knew what he was doing, it was a cheap move.
