I actually think Arsenal could be the dark horses this season. they got rid of two players who were not adding value, Vela, Arshavin are good players and others have another year experience. On paper, sure they look a weak prospect, but then I have been writing them off for years so hopefully supporting them will see the opposite happen...

Totally agree. We came far too close to not qualifying last year and I am delighted that we're not being put through the stress again.

These games are played very early in the season. New players are bedding in and some leagues start earlier than others and have players with better match fitness. Therefore you can get surprise results (the Liege tie was the not the first time we've struggled). I wouldn't like to predict the outcome of this one.
