It is a crap league but they are a good side in excellent form and they are miles better for stopping trying to be a s*** Real Madrid tribute act and jibbing off the ageing and/or ambling superstars for lads with stuff still to prove. They are in Paris for f***s sake - they've got probably the biggest hotbed of talent in Europe on their doorstep and if they embed a strategy that allows them to properly tap into that, supplemented by the money they've got, they should be a big threat for the foreseeable. But yeah, they chucked everything at us last night, as you'd expect, and we'll get told we rode our luck, but ultimately we had all-time greats playing like all-time greats and there is nothing lucky about that. Be interesting to see what they do at Anfield now they've nothing to lose. If they come at us again then maybe it plays into our hands a bit but equally if they have 70% again then you've got to think they'll score. Got to hope we are much front-foot and look to dominate them.
