He's been boss for about 3 months now, really seems to have found his role and is massively influencing games in a way that he wasn't earlier on.

His compilations were like a mix of Cisse and Torres, which is the kind of thing that always makes you fear the worst a bit (why, in his supposed best bits, have they put stuff that makes him look a bit rubbish?)
