Ok, so I've just finished Will Ashon's absolutely magnificent book about 36 Chambers (maybe one of the best books ever written about hiphop) and I've dug out all of my old Wu Tang vinyl. There was a time during the 90's when it felt like they had just about conquered the entire world and that it would just go on and on and on. 

 

Favourite Wu Tang? Gotta be GZA, hasn't it? Or Method Man. Or Ghostface. 

 

So, all Wu Tang related stuff can go in here.

I have been accused of just trying to be different when suggesting Inspectah Deck. I agree on his verses, though

 

Saw Ghostface in Manchester earlier this year and it was incredible. One of the best shows I've been to

 

Also worth noting that I have a 36 Chambers LP sleeve signed by the Rza to me on my wall

I think we've agreed before that Liquid Swords is the best WTC side project but think it's as much to do with RZA's production and probably favour Ghostface but there's just so much stuff that came from them I struggle to call it.

Liquid Swords is one of the best albums released by anyone ever in any genre, it's flawless.

The Mrs worked with RZA last year - he was a 'celeb photographer' for a magazine article. She's worked with all sorts but he was the only one she was start struck by & got 3 copies of 36 chambers signed by him

Hard to make up my mind about who's the best between GZA and Ghostface - both have made phenomenal solo albums - Ghostface has brought out more albums and there's good stuff on all of them. Even his recent one from a few months ago is good.

Ghostface killah is so so good, I love all of the Wu but he is the best for me. I miss the good old days and groups like Naughty by nature and Public Enemy
