D.Boon Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 (edited) Win here and I think we can say the bleeding has been stopped. Will still need a bit of convalescing on the day ward with a bit of flirting with the nurses to get our mojo back Edited December 10, 2025 by D.Boon
Cobs Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 What’s with these 3pm Saturday kick offs nonsense ?

I think it's a case of looking for positives where we can and accept that we're not just going to suddenly be boss every game.

Not being boss is one thing, but if we go out and start like we did for Sunderland at home, then the calls for Slot to go probably begin again. We can't be so consistently bad for so long. You have to see signs of improvement.

If the entire rest of our season is solid ground out 1-0 wins like the Inter game, then that's great. To be honest, if we draw 0-0 with Brighton and show signs of structure and organisation then that's probably progress.

Grinding out 1-0s sounds amazing right now Mind you, that's as well as we tend to do - we have't led 2-0 at half time since Wolves back in Feb
growler Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 Effort, desire, structure, passes forward and movement. result is secondary. But win. 1
Swipe Posted December 10, 2025 Posted December 10, 2025 Tough game. They give us a game at Anfield even when we're good. 1
