is it mandatory to have 7 days of rest after that type of thing? although this is the man who tried to run off a broken leg....

Carra definately tried to play on v blackburn with a broken leg

 

Am pretty sure I've read him say that it is a bit of an urban myth and that he knew straight away how bad it was and that he'd be coming off.

not uncommon to try to run off certain types of break. not like doing ligaments or something, can just feel like a dull pain in some instances. i've known lads try to play on for a bit and then drive themselves to hospital.

Mate of mine ran across the road pissed and got clipped by a car. Sat in the pub all day with a break above his knee.
