Cole had less playing time on the pitch and therefore was less abysmal than the others. That's how bad it was. Should probably put Johnson in 2nd place though.

Kelly sold out Skrtel and misplaced too many passes before he went off. You're probably right though, he was probably less poor than Cole.

Sunday bloody Sunday!!

This has to be one of the worst performances of the season. Abysmal!

I´d say it was probably one of the worst TEAM performances of the season. In our other poor games you were still able to pick a couple of individuals who had good games and had put in the effort. Todays game I was unabel to find a single one. I think this was one of those games where your reputation was enhanced for not playing.

1. Kelly

2. Johnson

3. Lucas (For being a two man midfield on his own for the whole game)

Anyone giving Gerrard a man of the match for this game is clinically insane. He spent the first half ambling around out of position. Was partly responsible for the first goal - in no mans land caught ball watching. Before that his wasteful balls led to a Skyrtel booking and two West Ham attacks on goal (One that they should have converted). His passing was abysmal. He left the midfield in the s*** - especially Lucas - who spent most of the game having 2, 3 or 4 players running at him while receiving no support whatsoever.

Which part do you disagree with?

I disagree with your tedious attitide to Gerrard. Despite the 12 plus years of fantastic service he's given to the club, he's never allowed a bad game, or to be rusty after an injury lay-off.

Thought Gerrard looked off the pace, Lucas did a lot of work and had a lot of the ball without really doing much with it. Thought Suarez gave up possession way too easily first half but improved second half. Wilson and Skrtel were poor. Johnson was doing well until we went flat back 4 and put him back on the right. Ngog did alright when he came on but he's never going to change the game. Kelly was a big miss. Joe Cole is s***.

So to sum up...

Gerrard stank the place out in the first half. He was much better in the 2nd. Would have done him some good getting the full 90.

Raul didn't really have the best of games either.
