Howe many are there? 20?

There used to be a time when I could name them by sight - no longer. Let's try to get a balanced - ie not all 's***' - view on them:

Mike Riley - cheating manc c***. Although I do think he's improved in recent years.

Howard Webb - probably the best of them

Steve Bennett - not blatantly corrupy

Rob Styles - worst ref ever

Can't think past those 4

Rob Styles - worst ref ever

Shows his incompetence again tonight, as he sent off Robinson and it should have been a yellow

Think Phil Dowd isn't too bad, or Alan Wiley

Although it's a sad state of affairs when to qualify as one of the best refs all you have to do is not f*** up for a few months.

I don't see how anyone can see past Styles as the worst ref.

the thing with Styles is that he just genuinely seems like a terrible ref rather than dodgy, whereas Bennett has all sorts of reasons to be disliked, most involving favouring the mancs or acting like he's the centre of attention

Mancs Struggling against West Brom away - Sends their captain off and books four or five others. Then allows an offside goal to help the goal difference. Then ignores a rugby tackle from Vidic and doesn't send Ferdinand off for a professional foul.

Styles is a bent, corrupt fvcker, this is aledgely true.

Riley is weak, although he is shrouded in suspision over his previous record of descions to a certain team,

Bennet is the new Poll, look at me!, look at me!

Halsey, Wiley and Webb are good refs, but the best one is Clattenberg. Shame he's still being fvcked around.

I haven't much time for any of them to be honest. I know it's described as being "a difficult job" but it's not brain surgery is it?

They're either blind, don't know the rules or have an agenda. Or any combination of those 3.

I moan about the b******s even when we win.

You just couldnt make it up, although you seem to have made it a profession Andy.

OK then mate.

Deny any of the following;

* West Brom captain sent off for nothing

* Ronaldo's goal offside (From the pass to him)

* Vidic not sent off for Rugby tackle.

* Ferdinand not sent off for (yet another) professional foul

Oh. Look. Four more 'co-incidences' in a Manchester United match. Don't worry - it's only 'luck'.

Like the offside goal against Southampton, the player sent off for the ball hitting his head against Southampton, the lack of a pen for Spurs against Scholes, the dodgy pen given against Bolton, Vidic elbowing the keeper in the throat for the goal against Blackburn and yet the goal stands, disgraceful free kick against West Brom at Old Trafford, I've lost count how many times Ferdinand routinely fouls someone as last man back, Rooney elbows someone in the face in front of the linesmen - not sent off, Ronaldo boots someone while on the floor - not sent off, Rooney screaming 'f*** off' at all the officials in every game - barely ever booked, never sent off.

You see - "Rub of the Green" and a bit of "Luck" is fair enough.

Every team gets a bit of it - some for - some against.

But tell me the above aren't facts?

It seems that the refs involvement in the games when Manchester United are cruising is smaller (Except obviously for not booking or sending off Manchester United players) - but so far the track record this season in the league is pushing luck to the limit. How many games has it been 0-0 or very close and suddenly another referee decision turns the game in Manchester United's favour?

The referees, if good, would be more or less invisible - you wouldn't notice them - but for the sheer number of decisions that have not only turned games - but won them - questions surely have to be asked don't they?

There is only so much 'luck' that you can pretend is going on.

Out of interest, if people complain to the FA about these things - which impartial arbitrator do you write to? Is it Mr. Gill by any chance?

And I'm sure I haven't even remembered half of the dodgyness.

I don't think Webb has been that great this season

He's ruined loads of big matches. Completely lost them.

That wee ginger fella that used to ref - looks like Scholes dad - he was the last one i can remember most people agreeing was good.

Rafa tries to draw attention to Andy's litany of "favourable" decisions to ManU, asking for a level playing field and it's turned on him by the media as a sign of weakness. When Valencia won the title Rafa had to put up with the same inequalities in the run-in with Real Madrid and he will have to do it all over again.

That's the fella.

He was decent. Last ref that nobody seemed to question.

Webb certainly looked like he was becoming the best ref - and maybe he still is- but he's been average this season.

Styles is like some Chris Morris-style satire. Preposterous referee.

I hate Dowds. His face really annoys me and he's really smug.
