Nah, he was f***ing horrendous tonight and lost control of a game that should of been a breeze to referee. He's one of the worst refs in the country.

I have hated Bennett since he sent Didi off vs Sunderland but he deserves credit for tonight. It is still dubious why he awarded a pen when it was not and he didnt see it but to reverse a decision like that in the last minute against the home team is very brave. He made a wrong call and thankfully corrected it.

 

It still asks the question why he gave a pen he wasnt 100% sure of but still deserves credit for his decision from that moment on

If the balls up in the air, the keeper jumps for it and an attacking player makes any type of challenge..it will always go in the keepers favour..

Kinell, who'd be a ref? It must be the worst job in the world. Universally villified and under enormous pressure and scrutiny in a way the plyers even are not and for a fraction of the money (at the top level). If a player makes several mistakes in a game, he's forgiven and even gets his name sung to lift him by decent supporters but if a ref gets ONE important decision wrong, there's been cases of death threats and firebombed houses. If players had to withstand that kind of s****, there'd be no more football.
