What is the deal with him now?

Once again he gets himself fit for a big tournament and then gets injured and is out again. This is his last season under his current contract and he has proven to be an expensive aquisition despite his low transfer fee. What seems to be the problem this time?

Sell him to Spurs and make a bid for Quaresma, he scored two crackers for Porto on Saturday in their 2-1 win against Braga.

fair play to Aurelio. Wasn't sure if he'd make it back any time soon.

Aurelio, Arbeola, Kewell and Riise. Considering 2 of that 4 are injury prone and Riise is a machine it's no wonder Rafa doesn't want to let him go.

What can you tell me about him?

Go into great detail

MODS!

WEEK BAN FOR THIS OFFENCE!

Dont worry, just watched the goals myself by the way, two nice free kicks.

Well, it would certainly be useful to have someone with his dead ball skills. It would add another dimension to our game, something that we desperately lack.

Possibilities.

This might be the last injury that Rafa will tolerate. He needs to get fit and be available for selection in a long run of games.

I think only if he is able to put the injuries aside, offer himself for selection and then perform well when called upon, will he get a new contract from the club.

I'm intrigued by that, never thought Stephen Hawking was renowned as a dead ball specialist: does he power them in or curve them through space and time?

Hawking is too easily bullied off the ball for this league.

He might be slow and lack strength, but he always finds space. Might be a good coach for the youth academy in the long run. He can spot a potential star from a mile off.

Ok, i'll stop now.
