Yep that would be my guess, something along these lines with a roof: I just hope the stands aren't too far way from the pitch - are there planning regulations that make that difficult now? The stands should be as near to the pitch as we can make them. -
I've just seen the press conference where this story came from and Rafa just lists the names of a few others in contract negotions when prompted by a reporter. Therefore the fact that Luis wasn't mentioned isn't too big a deal hopefully. If he's fit and wants to sign then I'm sure they'll get something sorted out this summer.

Tonight was the first time I've seen him play but the defence looked impressively solid, and he really seemed to motivate the rest of the team before the start of extra time. Seems to have a great attitude and that might see him make it to the top.

Why are Everton fans called bitters? Some of the Man U fans on here like Ostrich Man I like becuse they have some objectivity, are witty, and can take it as well as give it. You annoy me though because you only ever show up when Liverpool have some sort of set-back, even if it has nothing to do with Everton and are nowhere to be seen the rest of the time.

Pisses me off how Richard Keys, Martin Tyler etc always sound gutted when the Mancs have a poor result, while the rest of the country are delighted. Great result today, plenty of twists and turns to come yet I'm sure but I'd definitely have settled for 1-1 this morning.

The Kop should always have been the showpiece though, never really understood why it wasn't anything special in the original plans, and I'm very happy the new owners have sorted this out.

He didn't mention it specifically, but he said they were still hoping to start building work soon and were going to keep more or less to the existing plans, which didn't make me feel that hopeful about the capacity being increased significantly - though I may be reading too much into that.

I've always thought we should have aimed at 70,000 capacity, so if that's true then my first impression of the new owners is a very good one.
