Yeah I had that vibe until a few weeks ago but less now, think he's settling and starting to realise this is the best place for him to be - but he's still coming to terms with not being at Newcastle. He probably thought he'd be there at least the best part of his career.

 

What I do feel strongly is that being away from Newcastle will be the making of his career IMO.

not sure if any of you watched MOTD2 but i normally give it a wide berth if we're not on and, even when we are, i don't really bother with the analysis but.... anyway.... Lee Dixon was superb the other night, like, really really superb.. his analysis of the game was spot on and his views on the youngsters and, in particular, his analysis on the runs young Flanagan made was very good - obviously coming from his time as a player.. i was well impressed.. John Hartson was good too - didnt see that coming!
