I'm sure I read a recent story that they were heading back to court with a new lawsuit - can't track down the story - did it ever happen?

I sometimes wonder what became of those two, how much money they have left, what assets they still control, what business deals they are trying desperately to get together.

I like to imagine them struggling but they are probably still quite wealthy by our standards.

I think it was in court recently for it to be adj to February before the same judge as before in relation to pre hearing arguments on the counter claim made by the c****. Apparently broughton, NESV and the bank are still involved and will have to attend

Hicks thinks the first court hearing was not the right time to have the case as you never get any good judgments in October but the February hearing will be BIG.
