Yep and Everton. I think it's only Blackpool who are encouraging fans to bring them.

They're not, that was mis-reported the other day. Chairman has said they just haven't got round to discussing it and deciding whether or not to ban them, with more important things like building a 4th stand to do. Categorically denied having encouraged them though.
