To be honest, I would like to see Agger get more than his fair share but I suspect it will be Carra and Skrtel to start off the season unless Insua cant play LB and Carra is shunted there.

2 banks of 4 everytime for me. Think Agger will get a few more games, providing he stays fit and focused this season. At Carra's or Skrtel's expense, I'm not sure.

Towards the end of last season, Rafa seemed to pair Agger with Carra for home matches and Skrtel with Carra for away matches, which seems to make sense.

Hollywood has Branjelina, we've got Carragger. Those two should be first choice going into this season, but that could be subject to change depending on pre season.

 

I really like Skrtel but his form wasn't great in the latter part of last season.

I would imagine that any 3 centre back combination would have seen us sign 2 CB in the summer.

 

Nice idea though and works well in FM09
