this season

 

 

we have been s*** in every game except yesterday, yet have not lost yet, and have picked up 10 out of 12 points and qualified for the CL

 

in the games v Sunderland, Liege (home), Boro and yesterday we turned draws into wins near the end...

 

we won yesterday against the Champions League winners and Champions of England without our two best players

 

 

Just like a team thats gonna win the football league..AGAIN...we shall not be moved

we have come from behind twice to win, which says a lot about the team at the minute. there was a period of time not that long ago when we went a few seasons without winning a game from a losing position.

 

i though Albert Riera was fantastic yesterday too. Albert is a proper footballers name too.

after a shakey start when he was easily pushed off the ball and falling over he got into it. he's got skillz to pay the billz has bert.

Aye he looked lightweight, lazy and f***ing s*** for 10 minutes, after that he reminded me of a Babel with more composure and knew when to run, pass with the ball.

Yep, really like him. He's an 'explosive' kinda wide man. I don't hold with this 'no pace' crap that we were led to believe. He has it over his first 10 yards, and that's what counts.

There was a bang of heads... Masch and some manc ?

 

Sky picked up on Rafa and Albert deep in conversation with Rafa clearly talking positional stuff hands wise....

 

 

... he picked up from then on... not hugging the line and making space for Aurelio and started to become much more effective. up to then I had forgotten he was on the pitch.

 

Thought for the circa 20 mins after half time he was very effective, highlighting that Wes Brown is the weak spot across the back four for Man U and basically taking the defensive ability of Evra out of the game

think it was andy hunter in the guardian picked up on that, rafa telling riera to drop deeper and pick the ball up away from brown. great management that.
