Absolutely he was at fault but I thought he was very solid apart from that.

He did the right thing opting for the pass, his only choice would have been to try to score in the far corner but Robinson had that well covered, had Gerrard managed to lift the ball over dawsons feet which should not be too difficult it would have been 2-0, if Voronin had finished himself I would have given him only about 30% chance to score.
