Weirdly I was about to start exactly the same topic, he's dreadful, he cant pass to save his life, he's got no real pace, he doesnt score goals, he doesnt get crosses in. He's just utter s**** really.

I agree that neither are wingers, and that is why I was surprised he bought Rosicky, a year after buying Hleb.

atleast with rosicky you can see that he can dribble and has got a good shot on him, even though he might not be suited to the english game

Yep, at Stuttgart and Dortmund repectively they were the fulcrum of the teams. Playmakers both in 3-5-2's. I don't see why Wenger should get off lightly for paying that money for players he's using in a system alien to them.

I was going to say Hleb was sh*te at the game on Saturday, however considered the possible potential for mockering and kept my mouth shut. When he skewed a shot miles wide when we were three goals to the good, I decided it was safe to make my feelings known.

 

The thing for me is he has absolutely no end product at all - yes he looks good with the ball at his feet at times, but he doesn't seem to contribute anything telling. £10m was hugely expensive, he does look a poor buy.
