I, inadvertantly, paid a tout in Barcelona LESS than the face value for a ticket to enter the game we won 2-1. I'd like to take this opportunity to apologise to this enterprising chap, who obviously thought he was on to a winner and snapped up the ticket to sell on to devoted and knows no bounds Liverpool fan, in search of seeing my team play in the European Cup. I realise that UEFA couldn't help me in this hour of need but what else could I do. There was no helpline or anything. UEFA, I don't blame you, I blame me, for supporting one of the most successful teams in Europe.
