Absolutely. He obviously vehemently denies this. He just happened to je in Qatar promoting some export companies and the opportunity arose to see how the stadiums are etc. He then liked what he saw and gave a statement on the Qatar 2022 official website praising them to high heavens. As you do.

Jari Litmanen is taking flak in the local media in Finland for having talked up the organisation, facilities and infrastracture for Qatar 2022. Rightly so.
