Absolute madness. And Slot has killed the crowd.

Me neither in some ways but essentially that is the team talk by Wycombe Wanderer's manager when they're playing us in the FA Cup 4th round. It needs to be a bit more than that. And I don't think Gerrard's got any of it.

Whilst I'd love to see Slot gone yesterday, I don't think that Gerrard is the answer to anything. He's done absolutely nothing in his managerial career to suggest he could fix anything. The only thing he's got going for him is that he is not Arne Slot, but the bar should be a wee bit higher than that.

I’ve been watching the Reds for over half a century and to my mind he is our greatest ever left back. Amazing footballer, great leader, and a proper decent bloke. The really sad thing here is that under a new/different manager he’d probably be good for another couple of years. He deserves much better memories than this s***ty season will give him. Feck off, Slot.

Sadly true. Apart from the preferring Hodgson bit.

Exactly one week from now it will be over. The nightmare will have ended.

Wrong verb but yes, yes I am.

Have we lost yet?

That's one of the weird things about this season for me. To a man, we all thought we'd won the transfer window by a mile last August - the only downer was not getting Guehi as we'd hoped but otherwise it looked tickety-boo. There's been a lot of flex from a lot of people over the last six or seven months about how bad and wrong and ill-thought out those signings were.

At right back.
