It's a weird shift in what we thought last season (well, August to January) where so often we had a dull, stalematey first half but then he would change things around at H-T and we'd win the second half comfortably. We all thought he was tactically astute and know how to shift the tactics, focus, movement etc. and we thought he knew what he was doing. Now the first halves have gone from dull to turgid and he seems to have absolutely zero clue how to fix it apart from jeopardising the structure completely and throwing the results away. I'm more and more convinced that it wasn't tactical smarts last season after all, just sheer good luck; and he's just a Hodgson level spoofer.
