Gakpo’s fault we didn’t score then.

Distinct “watching a crap colleague doing something on Excel on Teams meeting, all along knowing that almost anybody else could do it better” vibes.

I’m watching the football whilst the Mrs is ironing on the other side of the room. It’s been more interesting trying to guess what’s coming next out of the laundry basket than what I’ve been seeing on the screen. Absolute garbage.

Brainless from Grav.

I can understand us looking at him (JQ) again but he'd be mad to return whilst Arne was still here given how he threw him under the bus and then kicked him all the way back to the bus stop.

Wolves recent upturn in form has been clear but it's still not that fantastic. If the table was redrawn from about 5 weeks back they'd be about five places better off than they are now, but they'd still be hovering near the relegation places. So they'll make it really hard for us and probably win 3-2.

The passing round at the back only seems to end in one of two outcomes now: pass back to Ali who has no out ball so just hoofs it up to where no one in a Red short can challenge for the the aerial ball or just losing possession altogether and letting the opposition in for a goal-scoring opportunity. Week-in, week-out. Exactly the same. It's nuts that we keep doing it.

A great result and obviously there can't be too many complaints about a 5-2 win but, man, we're still horrendous to watch at times. Against a better team than West Ham we could have been really punished for some of the ridiculous self-inflicted mistakes we were making.

When you see the camera pointing at Mac Alistair's front, his arm really clearly shoots forwards when it is hit. It's not a partial bump that nudges his arm slightly. What I couldn't understand is why VAR seemed to spend ages looking at the back view that wasn't clear when the front view clearly showed what had happened. It's almost like PGMOL were being selective about what camera angles to look at...
