No, he's not evil, but he's a long way away from what a Liverpool manager, from what any good manager, needs to be. He's massively unsupportive of his players, he's intransigent over his mistakes, is really reluctant to develop talent, makes bad decisions that he doubles down on, refuses to ignore the evidence in front of his eyes. I'd hate to work for him...
